Since the early 1990s, Grain of Wheat International has emphasized the importance of training children’s ministry leaders. Because this is a vital aspect of our organization, we love to share the exciting stories of our growing staff!
Our training and coaching seminars provide leaders with the tools necessary to improve both the quality and effectiveness of their ministry. This is largely accomplished through collaboration with other children’s ministries in each country we serve.
Our highly experienced and knowledgeable trainers cover topics such as child psychology, how to organize camp programs, storytelling, puppetry, games and sports, how to handle discipline issues and child protection protocol, to name a few.
