Our training and coaching seminars give leaders the necessary tools for improving both the quality and the effectiveness of their ministry. This is largely carried out through collaboration with other children’s ministries in every country we serve.
Our highly experienced and knowledgeable instructors cover topics such as child psychology, how to organize camp programs, storytelling, puppetry, games and sports, how to handle discipline issues, and child protection protocol to name a few. Last year alone, we trained almost 1395 leaders and over 3871 volunteers. Equipping these young leaders is key to reaching the world’s children.
